BREATHE...

Give your lungs and heart work to do,

Breathe in deeply...

and exhale

like your sun will never set.

Offer your heart enough air,

As a living sacrifice – for it to live,

to heal and mend,

Inhale… slowly,

Not as a deer pants for water,

But tender as morning dew on the skin,

And be renewed,

As the first rain renews the sheets

                    because so is the

Nature of what the heart truly needs.

After all, it's a whole heart that can

Sleep to dream of the lilies on your field,

That can bask in it,

A whole heart is needed to fall in love with your morrow,

and to see the future as it is - GOD'S PLAN.
